Potential Wind: Wind evaluated based on studies conducted by ASW Meteosat TrueWind SL    to a peropada 60/80/100m altitudes of 15 years;
Connecting the electricity network (Electrical or Transelectrica);
Distance of 400m from any county road, communal or built;
Availability of capacity connection - ISPE preliminary study;
Solving problems of Urban and Environmental Protection;
Operational access roads
Land Use: concession / rental, association, purchase or rental.

Urbanism Certificate in pre-feasibility stage
(with the obvious conditions of planning, environment, network, PUD, PUZ)

Wind measurements (on a tower 60m minimum)
(company certified according to IEC1400)

Construction permit involves:

Study Connection Solution - TRANSELECTRICA (very important);
Limited connection resources. On the basis of the obtained ATR;
Environmental Agreement - in the study of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) with the public (very important);
Urban Plan (PUZ) approved on RCP, an environmental and Opinions (electric, water, gas ...);
Authorization for Construction Project (CAP);
Topographic Survey and Geodesy Study (per generator);
Electrical opinion, Romanian Waters, SIE, SMG;
Romanian Aeronautical Authority notice.
